How To Apply?

  • Personally, you can visit Caves Manpower’s office from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • By submitting your Updated Resume through email (recruitment@cavesmanpower.com) or ordinary mail

    • What Documents to Bring when Applying?

    • Updated Resume (include basic information such as: position you are applying for; personal information; educational background starting from High School years; employment information (name of employer, local/overseas addresses, inclusive years of stay, with positions assigned and detailed jobs done, equipment handled, special accomplishments).
    • Important credentials like professional licenses, diploma, work experience certifications, trainings/seminars attended, copy of passport, copy of birth certificate, marriage contract, etc.
    • Passport-sized Colour Picture (in at least semi formal attire, to impress employers)
    • You will be required to fill up a separate Application Form at the office, so bring pen or ball pen. You have to submit two sets of above personal documents in a big brown envelope.

    What are the Processes You Will Undergo:

    1. Submit your resume and other credentials to our Front Desk Staff
    2. Fill up Caves Manpower Application Form, attach picture
    3. Initial interview by Caves Manpower Recruitment Staff
    4. Second interview by Caves Manpower Recruitment Staff
    5. Employer’s interview and selection
    6. Job Offer
    7. Medical examination
    8. Submit all the required travel documents in order to stamp the working visa
    9. Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar
    10. Deployment
